Project Engineer – Technical Advisor– Bavaria (Hybrid)

We are currently looking for a candidate to join our team for the position of Construction Project Engineer for overseeing a wind farm project in Bavaria, Germany.
The position is suitable for candidates based in Bavaria or nearby regions of Germany, provided they are located within reasonable travelling distance of the project site which is located in close proximity to Nuremburg.
The Project Engineer will be required to visit the project site twice a week, with the remainder of the working week performed remotely.
The role is to act as Technical Advisor to the client during the construction of a utility-scale wind farm project. The Project Engineer will monitor the activities carried out by the vendor’s project management team and EPC contractor, providing independent technical oversight on behalf of the client.
(This is a Technical Avisor role focused on assessing the vendor’s performance in managing construction quality, progress and compliance on site. The position involves close cooperation with the vendor’s project management team and limited direct involvement with contractors. It is not a traditional Owner’s Engineer role with direct responsibility for QHSE, project management or day-to-day supervision of contractors).
