Main accountabilities
- Handle technical product queries from partners-installers
- Provide technical support to dealers during the installation and design phase of photovoltaic installations
- Responsible for Customer Support concerning technical issues for PV Modules and PV Inverters
- Responsible for providing dealers with product related certificates
- Assist during the configuration of solar systems
- Answer technical support questions about solar systems installation and maintenance
- Document all call notes
- Customer RMA (Return Material Authorization) handling including assigning RMA numbers from CRM system, entering RMA’s in the CRM system, flag open RMA’s and close in timely manner , after sales technical activities
- Coordinate closely with logistics team to ensure replacement deliveries
- Participate in projects, trainings and knowledge sharing meetings with client and suppliers
- Generate reports on several performance factors for evaluation purposes
- Providing backup in Customer Service Process
Candidate’s profile
- Photovoltaic/electrical engineering or Technical education or experience
- Fluency in the German language
- Good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of Italian or Dutch or French would be an asset
- Experience in photovoltaic industry preferred
- Skills in preparing technical support materials preferred Proficiency in – Microsoft Project, Excel and Word
- Diagnostic and analysis skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
