Our client is an international wind farm developerwith farms already built and in operation in Poland. For their wind farm in Poland they are looking for an experienced Maintenance and Operations Manager to manage enquiries in regards to the technical operations and management of wind turbines.
Responsibilities:
– In this position you will be responsible for leading a division that deals with technical operations and management of wind turbines and does continued checks in order to ensure their safety and that they are operating at the premium output level for various clients • This position will involve having frequent contacts with clients and working closely with other players within the wind sector giving you an opportunity to gain contacts in the market • You will manage all remote control turbine check invoices, expert studies and warranties of wind farms for clients or the company
– You will be required to expand your problem solving skills relating to the operations and management of wind turbines.
Education:
Strong engineering degree, preferably electrical, electromechanical or mechanical will be an asset
Core Requirements:
– At least 2-5 years working in the Wind energy market with experience in wind farm operations and management as a supervisor or experienced technician
– Customer facing experience
– Very good level of English, proficient enough to be able to liaise with managers and clients from abroad
General requirements
– Excellent management skills
– A technical background working on wind farm operations and management
– Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
