Project engineer

Our client is one of the leadres in the renewable energy market. Currently for their office in Warsaw they are looking for:

PV Project engineer / Sales engineer / Customer service officer

Main responsibilities:

1. CUSTOMERS:

• preparing offers for customers,
• updating personal details,
• calling/mailing with current customers asking for product details,
• scheduling the date of installation,
• straight cooperation with technical department according to the update in the current devices availability.

2. WAREHOUSE:

• contact with warehouse consultant in accordance with devices picking, dates of final customer’s order shipment (warehouse -> customer), 

3. INSTALLATION COMPANIES:

• support to installation teams according to new/existing products, installation process,
• checking the costs of additional devices and cost of work itself on invoices from installation companies,

4. SALES AGENTS:

• contact with sales agents if they have enquiries about PV system in certain location,

5. DOCUMENTS FLOW:

• sending and collecting the agreements (installation agreements, personal data processing documents, cooperation agreements etc.) with installation companies and sales agents,
• support installation team with final documents preparation (agreement with grid operator, warranty documents etc.).

Qualification and skills:

• bachelor or master degree in technical field,
• basic knowledge about PV sector would be an advantage,
• at least basic knowledge of MS Excel,
• disciplined and ready for new challenges,
• willing to make/receive a lot of phone calls,
• intermediate English.
