SR. WIND PROJECT ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL POWER ENGINEERING, SZCZECIN
Our client is an international investor in wind energy with operational wind projects in UK, France and Germany, large portfolio of projects in development in Poland and solid plans to enter execution phase in the near future.
ROLE:
We are now seeking for an Electrical Power Engineering Project Engineer, ideally with experience covering both development and execution for wind projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

During Development:

- Plan and design transmission line routes
- Liaise with government bodies and land owners to finalise necessary permits
- Negotiate grid-connection agreements with utility groups
- Prepare construction permits for electrical power engineering aspects

During Execution:
- Coordinate tendering activities for design and execution packages with electrical power engineering focus
- Overlook design work by external companies
- Control power engineering execution against project schedule and designs
- Become investors representative for construction projects
REUIREMENTS:
· Preferably 4+ years’ experience and willingness to take part in both project development and execution phases
· Focus in electrical power engineering discipline with relevant experience and education
· Experience in negotiations and liaising with a variety of stakeholders including subcontractors, government agencies, utility groups and landowners
· Degree in Electrical Power Engineering
· Qualification to lead execution works in electrical power engineering specialisation would be an advantage, but not a must-have
· Fluent in either English or German
· Very good knowledge of the Polish market
· Preferable experience working in international environment
