Deputy Project Manager for Renewable Energy Projects (Warsaw)

Our partner is an international construction company with several areas of activity: development of large-scale renewable energy projects, construction of residential properties and various social initiatives.

We are looking for a Deputy Project Manager for the development of industrial solar power projects in Poland.

The Required Traits, Skills, And Background:

– University degree (technical/financial/economic)
– At least 3 years experience in a management position
– Knowledge of renewable energy legislation, monitoring of developments and their implementation
– Business negotiation skills
– Working experience in Polish state owned energy companies (will be an advantage)
– Good organizational and communication skills
– Language: Polish fluent, English B1-B2, knowledge of technical terminology

Summary of Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and control the implementation of departmental plans and objectives
– Execute decisions and instructions from top management
– Reporting to the top management
– Representation at local authorities and state bodies
– Cooperation with banks and tax authorities
– Ongoing coordination of implementation and execution of renewable energy projects
– Cooperation with private entities in the areas of land, real estate, construction
