Developer active in Wind Energy with goal to obtain building permits of 500 MW in Poland is looking for a person of the following characteristics:
1. Education and background:
a) Master degree
b) Participation in wind farm development/permitting preferred
c) Knowledge of administrative procedures linked to permitting of projects (zoning procedures, environmental procedures, building permit procedures, etc.) preferred
2. Other requirements:
a) Good command of English written/spoken
b) Drivers license
c) Ability and willingness for traveling within Poland
3.Personal attitude:
a) Interested in wind sector
b) Open minded fast learner, ambitious and motivated
c) Can-do approach with ability to solve issues under pressure with support of PM
d) Ability to act in multidisciplinary environment
e) Team worker
f) Responsible and committed
4. Background for incorporation:
Team expansion due to development of wind farm projects portfolio.
5. Main duties and responsibilities:
5.1. Support of PM in the following tasks:
a) Specific supervision of documentation prepared by subcontractors
b) Assurance all documentation is in line with permits, law and cost/execution optimized
c) Collaborations with land owners, grid operators, authorities and with subcontractors
d) Analysis of potential project opportunities (inc. site visits, documentation, technical feasibility verification)
e) Identification and supervision of subcontractors, involved in tendering and supervision of contracts
5.2 Monthly and ad hoc reporting to the Project Manager regarding status of works
5.3 Documents organization and paperwork connected with own duties
Conditions of employment:
Permanent position or long-term advisory services contract (to be agreed) with remuneration based on experience/performance and unique ability to grow with a young, dynamic organization active in one of the most promising business sectors in Poland and World.
