Our client is a Polish wind farm developer with a pipeline of over 600 MW in Poland. For their wind farm in the Mazovian district in Poland they are looking for an experienced Maintenance and Operations Manager to manage enquiries in regards to the technical operations and management of wind turbines.
Responsibilities:
• In this position you will be responsible for leading a division that deals with technical operations and management of wind turbines and does continued checks in order to ensure their safety and that they are operating at the premium output level for various clients
• This position will involve having frequent contacts with clients and working closely with other players within the wind sector giving you an opportunity to gain contacts in the market • You will manage all remote control turbine check invoices, expert studies and warranties of wind farms for clients or the company
• You will be required to expand your problem solving skills relating to the operations and management of wind turbines.
Education:
Strong engineering degree, preferably electrical, electromechanical or mechanical will be an asset
Core Requirements:
• At least 2-5 years working in the Wind energy market with experience in wind farm operations and management as a supervisor or experienced technician
• Customer facing experience
• Very good level of English, proficient enough to be able to liaise with managers and clients from abroad
General requirements
• Excellent management skills
• A technical background working on wind farm operations and management
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills

HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGER
For an international company, a world leader in construction we are currently looking for a Head of Legal Department. Our company is an international investor with headquarters around the world and an established position in Poland, with head offices in Warsaw.
In this position you will be responsible for:
– Management of the legal department and in house lawyers as well as tendering specialists
– Internal consultancy with the Board on key issues regarding projects as well as the company
– Preparation of proper documentation
– Representing the company in external events, negotiation with contractors and in the court.
– Ensuring assistance to all departments and managers in regards to legal issues concerning vital business matters
– Ensuring internal and external compliance
Our client’s expectations are:
– Excellent knowledge of English
– Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus
– At least one year of experience as Head of Legal Dpeartment or Senior Legal Counsel in a construction company
