Project Development Managee – Large scale Biogas Plants

We are looking for a new members to our Projects Development Team to support us on development, construction and operation of large scale Biogas projects in Poland.

Your Responsibilities
• Identification and acquisition of land for the construction of Biogas plants.
• Assessment of the local market for the location of new investments.
• Contacts with property owners and local government authorities.
• Maintaining positive relationships with local authorities and residents.
• Coordination and supervision of the process of obtaining formal and legal documentation, permits and connecting facilities to the electricity and gas distribution networks.
• Negotiations with landowners and external contractors.
• Conducting negotiations with local government institutions.
• Negotiating contract terms.
• Organizing and participating in public consultations.
• Collaboration with the project team including engineering, legal and technical members.
• Reporting the status of ongoing work.

Our expectations

• Knowledge of the investment process and administrative procedures for renewable energy projects.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to establish contacts and build relationships.
• Knowledge of Biogas market and/or Biogas plants will be an additional advantage.
• English language proficiency at least at an intermediate level.
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite and Geoportal
• Willingness to travel within Poland for work.
• Category B driver\’s license.

Salary and social benefits depend on the candidate\’s experience and the chosen contract type (employment contract/B2B).
