Your tasks will include:
– Organization of the full process of preparing renewable energy projects up to the „Ready to Build” stage
– Negotiating with local authorities and government agencies and relevant organizations to implement projects (finding land, obtaining technical conditions, obtaining necessary permits, etc.)
– Coordinate and control the implementation of departmental plans and objectives
– Execute decisions and instructions from top management and reporting to the top management
– Ongoing coordination of implementation and execution of renewable energy projects
– Cooperation with private entities in the areas of land, real estate, construction
Required experience:
– University degree (Technical/Electrical/Energetical)
– At least 3 years experience in a management position
– Knowledge of renewable energy legislation, monitoring of developments and their implementation
– Business negotiation skills
– Working experience in Polish state owned energy companies (will be an advantage)
– Good organizational and communication skills
– Language: Polish – Fluent, English B1-B2, knowledge of technical terminology
